We are recruiting a Website and Finance Administrator to assist with the smooth delivery of ART’s teaching and learning schemes and products.
In this role of Website and Finance Administrator, you will be an integral part of the ART team, enabling delivery of an excellent experience to teachers and ringers alike. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative support in relation to the management of finances for the Events website and Shop and also monitor and maintain the ART’s websites and social media sites. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of web-based content systems and financial accounting systems.
You will be highly organised and be able to tackle a myriad of different tasks and duties – often juggling several at the same time. You will be part of a team who are the central point of contact for ART and you will be expected to ‘pitch in’ wherever necessary to ensure ART operates smoothly.
The role is part time, 15 hours per week and is home-based. Exact working hours and pattern is open for discussion. We offer a competitive salary, which will depend on experience.
